At Beyond The Peaks, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clear and fair terms for all bookings.
We understand that unexpected situations can affect your travel plans. Cancellation charges depend on how close the cancellation is to your travel date and may also be affected by the policies of hotels, transportation providers, activity providers, and other third-party services included in your booking.
Cancellation by Customer
30 Days or More Before Travel
Cancellation charges may be minimal, subject to hotel, transport, and service-provider policies.
15–29 Days Before Travel
Up to 50% of the booking amount may be charged as cancellation charges.
7–14 Days Before Travel
Up to 75% of the booking amount may be charged as cancellation charges.
Less Than 7 Days / No-Show
100% cancellation charges may apply.
Important Terms
- Refunds depend on the cancellation policies of hotels, transport providers, and other services booked for the trip.
- Any non-refundable booking, advance payment, permit, ticket, or service charge will not be refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation charges.
- Date changes or modifications may be treated as cancellations and rebookings, depending on availability and supplier policies.
- In case of cancellation due to weather, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.
- Beyond The Peaks reserves the right to modify this policy when required by specific hotel, transport, or third-party booking conditions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
