Booking Terms & Travel Conditions

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Beyond The Peaks.
• The package price is based on the services mentioned in the confirmed itinerary.
• Hotel rooms, vehicle type, sightseeing, meals, and other services are subject to availability.
• Check-in and check-out times will follow the respective hotel's policies.
• The vehicle will be provided as per the confirmed package and itinerary. Vehicle usage outside the agreed itinerary may incur additional charges.
• Any additional sightseeing, transfers, meals, activities, or services not mentioned in the package will be charged separately.
• Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification documents.
• Travel permits, entry fees, activity charges, and other applicable government fees are payable as specified in the package.
• Hotel upgrades, room preferences, early check-in, and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
• In case of weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary may be modified for safety and operational reasons.
• Beyond The Peaks will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, loss of belongings, or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond its control.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.
• Cancellation and refund requests will be handled according to our Cancellation Policy and applicable supplier terms.
• Any changes to the confirmed itinerary should be communicated in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
• By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
